- Invited as one of the key search agencies to work on multiple SAP professional roles in BASIS Admin, DBA, OS Admin, Business Objects Architects capacities. We were the only agency that successfully placed multiple candidates in this long-term mass project, within a global organization.
- Retained by a Fortune 100 company to fill a HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning) Control System Design Engineer position, which was opened for more than 9 months at the time. The challenge was that there is high demand for the technical skills but low supply of talents in the market. Within less than 2 weeks, we were able to identify multiple qualified candidates and result 2 hires subsequently. A few months later, a 3rd hire was generated. Our client has been very satisfied with all three new employees so far. One was promoted to a team leader since.
- Selected as the preferred recruiting firm by an international food & beverage industry leader to add senior leaders to their new Canadian team. Successfully placed a Sales Director for Eastern Canada, a Head of Marketing, a Commercial Finance Manager – each role took less than 2 months to complete (from sourcing to signing offer).
- Successful placement of an IT Security Manager within a global organization – extremely challenging market space with limited pool of qualified candidates (needed to not only have technology background but also possess specific industry regulation knowledge). Position was opened for nine months and we closed and filled this position in 8 weeks.
- Successfully placed a Software Application Specialist to a Tier One Automotive manufacturing company – very poor posting responses and lack of interest in the market for this role due to location and shift requirements. Was able to identify a qualified candidate within one week leading to successful offer and hire.
- Successfully sourced and hired a Data Science Leader for a Fortune 100 company in US. Time from candidate identification to hire was less than 2 months.
- Signed on as a new vendor to this global management services company to add a Site Reliability Engineer to support their Toronto and New York offices. The position was not able to be filled for over 10 months. Identified the hired candidate within the first week of sourcing. This suitable candidate was hired eventually after a very tight technical skill assessment process.
- Organization Mapping for a global manufacturing company – mapped over 500 names at the client’s key competitors. Utilized social media, cold calling and online research to generate details. Drafted organizational charts to put names in place.
- A Management Consulting firm would like to hire an experienced consultant in Seattle area who speaks fluent Spanish. Seattle is one of the cities in the States that has few Spanish speaking populations (~6%). Within less than two weeks, we were able to find a fluent Spanish speaking consultant in the local area who was loved by our client.
